Experts say breakfast is the most important meal of the day! I can honestly say that I do not abide by this hard and fast rule very often, however on days that I do, I feel much more energized and motivated.
I used to be a sugar-cereal buff (think Fruitloops, Fruity Pebbles, Reese Pieces), but the sugar-high ran off to quickly. Not to mention turned the insides of your mouth funky colors.
In recent years (sad to say, but I have only started to appreciate fruits in the last 3 or so years), I have begun a love for fruits of many kinds. I discovered pineapple in Japan. Why not incorporate your favourite but healthy fruits as part of the breakfast regime?
My work of art this morning is by no means a Picasso or a Garfunkle, but its a start. I think I am going to find some modern serveware though.
